Pros

Supportive Colleagues: Despite the challenges introduced by the new HR, the company still boasts a team of incredibly supportive and collaborative colleagues. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie among employees, and people are always willing to help one another, making it a great environment for teamwork. Positive Work Environment (Previously): Before the current HR, the company fostered a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Employees enjoyed a sense of trust, autonomy, and respect that allowed everyone to work with confidence and efficiency. Employee Well-being (Previously): The culture prior to the recent changes prioritized employee well-being, offering a healthy balance between work and personal life, which contributed to higher morale and productivity. Open Communication (Previously): The company encouraged open and honest communication, creating an environment where employees felt heard and valued, and concerns were addressed constructively. Strong Team Collaboration (Still): Even with recent changes, the spirit of collaboration remains strong among colleagues, who continue to support each other to navigate challenges and deliver quality work together.

Cons

I am writing this review to warn others about the toxic environment that has been created at Intellier, largely due to the actions of the new HR, . Since his arrival, he has systematically eroded the positive culture that once existed within the company. His oppressive behavior and newly imposed, employee-unfriendly rules have driven employees to the brink of resignation. To start with, He has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of basic respect for employees' personal space and autonomy. For instance, he once yelled at a senior employee just for sitting in a different chair in the office, demanding that they return to their designated seat. It’s clear that he believes micromanaging even the smallest details of employees’ behavior is acceptable, and this has created a highly uncomfortable and rigid atmosphere. Furthermore, if an employee is momentarily away from their desk, He doesn’t hesitate to make the line manager furious by demanding to know their whereabouts. Even something as simple as sitting on a sofa in the coffee room is met with unnecessary criticism. This level of surveillance is suffocating and undermines any sense of trust or autonomy. One of the most appalling changes he has implemented is the restriction on employees leaving the office during prayer times. While it’s reasonable to expect some degree of structure, He has gone as far as instructing security guards not to allow anyone to step outside during these times, effectively preventing employees from taking a short break to refresh. This is especially outrageous given the nature of the work—software developers are not factory workers who need constant oversight and control. It’s also worth noting that he was fired from his previous company, which raises serious questions about why he was even hired in the first place. His arrival at Intellier seems to have been due to some internal recommendation, and since then, he has been systematically dismantling employee morale and overall job satisfaction. In conclusion, his behavior is causing irreparable damage to Intellier’s culture and working environment. If you're considering joining this company, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The toxic management style, coupled with oppressive policies, makes this an unbearable place to work.

Pros

1. Friendly, supportive, and cooperative colleagues. 2. Technically capable teammates who are easy to work with.

Cons

1. Below-market salaries, minimal increments, and frequent salary delays. 2. Engineers are expected to do more while receiving fewer benefits. 3. Limited opportunities to work on modern or technically challenging projects, restricting career growth. 4. Management rarely considers employee feedback before making decisions. 5. The COO lacks sufficient technical, business, or management knowledge. His excessive micromanagement reduces productivity and employee autonomy. 6. The QA team frequently fails to catch issues before release, allowing defects to reach customers while developers take the blame. 7. The IT department often creates unnecessary obstacles. Blocking GitHub access through their network was one example. 8. Strict attendance policies lead to leave or salary deductions for late arrivals or working less than nine hours. 9. Management promotes a factory-style work culture instead of a modern software engineering culture.

Pros

Sound in technological part. Have good IT resources

Cons

When I was MTO, I found toxic HR; unprofessional & unfair HR practices. Treat new joiner as a servant, provided no leave during off day, burning instructions.
