Very friendly work atmosphere. Its casual and easy going as long as you show up for work and perform your duties as needed. Which these days a lot of people do not do. Some people take their job for granted. Then when they quit or get fired they look to blame someone else for their own actions.Thus the bad things you see here. (my opinion) I would not take them serious to the point of making a decision on continuing to work there or starting a career there. We make the best equipment in this industry and should be proud of it, not putting the co.or owner down.

Lunch break only half hour. An hour would be nice so if we go out to lunch there is ample time.

Sometimes they brought in donuts

Bathrooms were filthy, the owner accused people of being drug addicts, they have complete control issues. The owner is actually afraid of employees selling information to China.
