This place is your living nightmare. Horrible pay-bands, awful quality of staff, stupidly stringent and highly suspicious upper management is what Intelligentia IT systems is all about. They spy on their existing employee's job-portal profiles, through their IT staffing team, track your every move and then plot against your merits. It's a shame that most of the managers have no clue what they are up to, neither are they qualified enough for handling the teams that they are handling. The company doesn't care for quality and only hires cheap employees who can slog for them. Your efforts aren't valued and you never get the credit that you deserve, in fact more often than not it's stolen from you, whether you are working for their call center or the core team. If you are someone smart with a zeal to work hard and shine. This place isn't forthrightly welcoming. All you can at best end up, is like money-making-mule for the owners. Stay away from this place. Stay far away.

Friendly working environment, Initial training for freshers builds confident to work individually, Guiding and being supportive for the employees in a team all the time, Management support and encouragement to do lot of innovative and creative task motivates us to give the best. I never found any Hierarchical structure formed in the organization all senior employees till the fresher have been together working in a team taking up challenges resulting in comfortable working zone. Any individual getting up early morning should feel himself motivated to reach company and work with full energy that individual is considered to be very lucky...............
