1. Salary not on time, 10-14 days late. 2. No payslips were given 3. No management 4. Even for giving a simple Bonafide it took them approx a week. 5. Uneven notice period, if the employee resigns then 3 month's notice period, if employeer ask you to leave then it's 15 days. 6. Worst part these policies were not told at the time of joining even when asked. 7. After leaving the company when asked for the fnf, got the reply that we won't be paying you since you did not serve notice period, so I asked for releaving letter, or any official document, which the hr straight away denied.
