Helpful and Kind employees in the finance department

No comment, There's good consistent raises once a year.

Still some decent people that work here. Normal benefits and PTO.

Rigid about PTO and zero WFM. Bad communication from higher-ups create a chaotic, high-stress work environement. There seems to only be a few employees who are heavily relied upon for most things. Employees no longer feel valued and morale is at an all-time low.
