Got recruited with few rounds of interviews. Everything is clearly stated about the Visa process and provided helping hand right from initiating the Visa till it gets approved and cleared. Promptly responded to RFE's and made sure all the responses are validated. Employee support and placement assistance is a big asset to this company. Overall it is good to be part of Intellitro.

Less scope for interacting with higher management.

1. Salaries are good according to market and location (Even in COVID situation we are getting salary on time) which is very rare thing to see from a staffing firm. 2. Strong Clients (Mostly in CA) 3. The way they apply visa (Paperwork) 4. They do not charge anything for H1b like desi staffing firms.

1. No transparency in visa applying, You only get your receipt number or approval once it got approved in case if it get denied they dont share anything which make you feel confusion. But that doesn't mean they are not filing. They will file it. 2. You hold no right on client billing rate your salary is fixed and you will not get more than $110k. 3. Every call with recruiters will be monitored if you talk anything more than your limits they may terminate your employment visa. 4. They hire more people from India.
