Pros
Training, pay is mediocre at best, depending on the contract. Full time benefits, vacation, cool people to work with at various sites
Cons
Mainly a head quarters, but it's a bunch of favoritism, back stabbing, drama, and some of the post commanders, and supervisors don't know their own job, but tell you how to do yours. Management does not care about the officers. They cut their hours so they don't have to pay vacation, or benefits. They don't want to pay overtime, or mileage. They are VERY disorganized with their day to day operations. They don't know how to treat the good officers they have, and will run officers off that were with other security companies. Plus, they will fire you for anything, and will not give the proper due process of discipline if they don't like you. If you are a favorite of theirs, they will let you get away with murder...even if what you've done is unethical, and wrong. Mainly, they create a very stressful environment, making it a unfavorable, and hostile work environment.
