Pros
I love working at IAC! You'll never meet a more welcoming and dedicated group of people. Everyone works hard and long hours to stay ahead of the digital marketing curve, but it's an environment that fosters growth and collaboration and allows you to spread your wings as well
Cons
Everyone has two or three (or more) jobs to do, so the stress level can run pretty high at times. However, everyone has each others back and that makes it worth it.
