I really like working here. The people are great and I have learned so much. I have benefits and vacation days, which is great. I plan to make a career at InterLight!

None i can think of for now.

It's not just about finding the right job when it comes to your career but it's also about looking for the right company to call "home" for the years to come. Interlight is a company where you can find growth opportunities and share your talents within an area of the company which suits you best. Interlight was the answer when I was looking to level-up my career as life's too short to be in the wrong job and remain unhappy when it's easy to "see the light" at this company.

If you're not ready to take on challenges and be in a position to figure things out on your own, a role within this organization might not be best for you. Fortune favors the bold, as they say.
