Wouldn’t Recommend - Coordinator InterMedia Advertising Employee Review

Pros

Was fortunate to have a supportive team and some good coworkers. A stepping stone for entry level experience.

Cons

- Company first, employees second mentality - Don’t expect any upward mobility or raises, hardly any growth within the company itself and employees who have been there 10+ years rarely get pay bumps and are just as likely to get fired/laid off - Upper management lack accountability and transparency — communication (or lack thereof) only goes so far - Credit is rarely given to those who deserve it - Beware of micromanagement

Pros

The recent additions to the staff have been true all-stars who bring fresh ideas, expertise, and a collaborative spirit! Senior management provides clear direction and support without micromanaging. There is a strong culture of trust and accountability, which allows employees to take ownership of their work and contribute meaningfully. It's refreshing to work for a company where management truly cares about employees success at work and their well-being at home.

Cons

Just like any fast-paced company, priorities can shift quickly, but that's also part of what makes the work exciting and dynamic.

Pros

Honestly the few remaining people you can actually talk to and make work less stressful and less boring

Cons

Everything about the company. Lack of communication and direction. You’re set up to fail in this place unless you actually know what you are doing since they don’t actually teach you especially management. People only look out for themselves and will stab you in the back to get what they want. You will not learn anything from this place because it’s like selling CDs in the early 2000s. This company actually needs to keep up with the times and actually care about their employees rather than how to save money while spending it on private jet rides they can’t afford.
