Pros
Great environment, plenty of work to go around, good incentives and rewards, management really made you feel like the work you were doing really made a difference. I felt I had a personal connection with upper management and would have given them the shirt off my back if they asked for it.
Cons
Sometimes the work could be a little over demanding. I personally am a perfectionist and I need to know things were done correctly. While things were improving towards the end of my tenure, I personally found most of the time it was better to perform basic tasks myself rather than rely on others for accuracy. This tends to really wear you down over the long haul. That said, I still don't have any regrets.
