- Some truly exceptional coworkers on delivery teams. - Great rewards structures for Sales.
Cons
- Service orgs and delivery team members outside of sales are treated as liabilities and expenses to be mitigated rather than assets to be invested in. - There are no performance reviews outside of an occasional one-sided survey. There are no structured rewards or promotions. There are no career tracks. - CEO loves to talk about "Employees for Life" in all-hands, but it is completely non-existent. Management and HR provide no support for employees interested in growing or even maintaining a career at the company. - Have been repeatedly discouraged from taking PTO. Had PTO requests flat out denied several times and have been asked not to take PTO to accommodate the roadmap.
