Pros

The only positive thing I can think about is Remote opportunity

Cons

- Management is controlling, lacks transparency and fairness in decision-making. -HR does not serve as a neutral party and tends to side unquestioningly with upper leadership. -Performance expectations can be unclear, and there is little room for open dialogue when issues arise. -Culture claims to value feedback and growth, but actions often contradict that narrative.

Pros

All hands calls and company updates happen more regularly and management seem to be a lot more aligned to what the company can actually do rather than what they want the employees to do. Also town halls are helpful to air questions and get answers on the spot.

Cons

Sometimes being all remote can be somewhat isolating and there is a loss in collaboration. Wish we can get together more often to work in person.

Most peers were helpful and friendly. Pay is average.

Cons

Owned by private equity firm when I worked there, may be better now that it has been bought by another company.
