Pros
First and foremost is the amazing people who work at InterWorks. I've never seen another company that spent so much time and energy to make sure every hire was an excellent one. The result of all this effort is a group of coworkers that become friends, as well as trusted colleagues. The work philosophy is also refreshing. From when I first started I have felt that my opinion and work was respected. When you are given a project, it is truly yours to lead and build. The only corporate red tape you'll come across will be at the companies we consult with. One final pro I'll highlight is that InterWorks cares about their employees beyond the workplace. There are many company events that include families and management goes above and beyond to make sure that employees and families are taken care of.
Cons
InterWorks is a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment. Clients are always wanting more then you can give and you have to get used to having a task list that doesn't ever reach completion. You quickly learn that you have to manage your own work load or you'll reach burn-out. If you can find that balance, the work is fantastic and fun.
