Pros
I was reached out by Rae Ratna with an opportunity which I took and ended up landing the job. She was great with communicating and keeping me posted about every update throughout the hiring process. Interac is the top FinTech company being used by so many Canadians on a day to day and it was great to be hired into this company. There are some great people in the company from whom we can learn alot. Great networking. Good work environment. Organization has gone through some changes but still hanging in there strong.
Cons
Due to Org changes, there are some issues for adapting to them. Progression and promotion process is slow. Compensation negotiations aren't great. Can provide better career growth internally. Hybrid RTO is disrupting work life balance.
