Money making machines - Manager Interaction Recruitment Employee Review

If you want to be an overworked and stressed out money making machine then this is the company for you. They promise you autonomy and high salaries in return you are bullied and emotionally ransomed. They don’t read these reviews and don’t care about them either.....this I heard from a directors mouth. I was a successful consultant who made them a lot of money only to be treated poorly as they do everyone in the end. The culture is built on pitting all staff against each other, they freely talk about everyone openly. Promotions promised to number of staff so we all work against each other to climb up the ladder. Very clicky and unforgiving environment. Such a shame as could be great business but they are short signed not caring about customer or candidates just concentrating on “quick wins”. I left as I didn’t want to be associated with that culture anymore but I thank them for the hard lessons. Turn around of staff is phenomenal. If you are reading these reviews as you considering working for them.......don’t, Ask them how many of their staff they have furloughed or made redundant.
