variety of tasks to keep you busy. Management that allows individual skills to grow. Hard work is rewarded, and chances for overtime. Doughnuts galore, and coworkers are the best.

Cons

As a help desk tech support you will be facing a lot of angry customers. Dealing with outrages expectations of a few customers.

Pros

Always something new and interesting to learn! Love working with customers from all over the US providing excellent customer service as well as collaborating with the talented staff for improving our products and procedures. For many years I have enjoyed working with this growing company developing websites and hope to stay for many more years. The days are fun, very busy and productive. There are many opportunities for those who are organized and have a passion for what we do.
