Pros

Visual and conceptual creativity was exceptional

Cons

They couldn't get their IT systems configured to support remote workers. The head of instructional design was overbearing. There was no project management system in place; just wing it and hope to get synced into the Dublin machinery. Extremely high turnover. They told me I'd manage $1M in business in the first year. I had $4M booked after 4 months and completely burned out.

Interactive Services is very disappointed that you felt this was a "disaster". We are constantly reviewing systems and processes to deliver first class solutions within our workplace. We work with and support staff all over the globe and I am very happy to report that remote workers are being highly supported by our IT department with little or no issue. It is extremely important for us to hear all reviews on media as we welcome every opportunity of reviewing things from all sides and looking at ways of improving the environment for all staff globally.

Pros

Amazing client base - work with some of the largest and most interesting companies in the world Creative teammates - really talented people to work with all the time Challenging, in a good way - always something new to learn and skills to work on Great culture - Open minded, relaxed, but still productive and fast-paced

Cons

There's not a lot of room to grow your career - if you're looking for a job that will give you a ladder to climb, this probably isn't it. (Depends on your department.) Time-zone differences with clients and teams can be challenging. Learning the job can be a bit overwhelming at first.
