Pros

The positives are the smart people and the high profile brands that Interbrand draws. Management tries to make it a fun place to work but everyone just wants to be paid what they are worth.

Cons

Very long hours, non-existent or very low pay raises and bonuses. Company says all the right things about employee engagement and development but it is only lip service. The pressure to constantly bill your hours makes it impossible to take time out for learning and development as you are already working 60 to 70 hour weeks.

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Cons

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
