Pros

IBH went through a restructuring in the past year that has made it a new organization in terms of how they operate. They've changed their business approach and are very team-oriented. If you don't want to work hard and kind of want to coast, this is probably not the place for you. If you are willing to work hard, raise your hand, and put in the hours, there is a lot of room for growth. Although, there's been challenges I am truly enjoying my time here.

Cons

When it's busy, it's busy. There will be late nights when needed.

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Cons

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
