Pros

I honestly can't think of any. The only thing somewhat nice is the dress code is flexible.

Cons

Long hours, terrible and outdated buggy product. The CEO is awful, there is no communication between teams, terrible customer service, terrible work life balance, no respect for staff or their efforts, need I go on? Truly the worst environment I've ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Those working their should update their resumes and run for the hills.

Pros

The company parties were pretty fun. Decent coworkers. 8-5 schedule, no more, no less.

Cons

Vehemently against working from home…unless you are the CEO’s partner. When American Water had a pipe burst and there was no water to the building, the options were to take PTO or drive to a gas station; multiple OSHA calls resulted. Communication between teams was tense and passive-aggressive, slowing down progress which impacts customers in the end. Finally, there is a “club” that the CEO has where he gives a select group of guys that he likes a ~$10k bonus every year.
