I have found a highly supportive team environment, with help and assistance provided by knowledgeable colleagues. Over the first 6 months, I have gained excellent exposure to real-world networking and security incidents. I have also had opportunities to develop additional troubleshooting skills and access enterprise-level tools.

Cons

The workload distribution can be challenging, and escalation structures require some fine-tuning.
