Pros
Intercity compared to other business I have worked at is fantastic. Yes Communication could be better but as a business I believe Intercity is working on it and trying to fix it. At least they don't have the typical "sit down and shut up mentality" Intercity is growing as a business and great things will come, so for the people who want to be a part of that will stay. For the people or "person" writing all the negative reviews why don't you just move on and go and work as a scarecrow or something where you can only moan to your self. What other business in this Industry looks after its staff so much? Because i Personally don't know one. I have never worked at a business where the hierarchy will stop and take the time to speak to you in the are corridor. That goes along way in my opinion. As said above if you want to be part of Intercity and have a Career then thumbs up. If you are a neg head please use one of the fire exits and make your exit. Or change your thinking and attitude because remember. Only you are in charge of you destiny
Cons
As above communication could be better between departments, things change a lot with out much notice. And big announcements need to be communicated out a bit better.
