      Pros

      This is an amazing company to work for. Management leaves you alone as long as you are doing your job and not causing any customer related problems. The back office staff is always very helpful. Everyone has the attitude of doing what is necessary and accurate for the customer.

      My role is commissioned based so there is no salary guarantee.
