Great Company - Staff Accountant Interdev Employee Review

The people who work there are amazing. Always trying to do better and more to help Emergency services and beyond with innovation, creativity and strong peer relationships.

Since taken over by Valsoft and particularly with the new CEO the culture is terrible. Exclusionary behaviour by CEO, picking favorites, disrespectful, being treated like insects that can be stepped on at any moment. Lies, hiding things from clients, unethical behaviour, dishonesty, failure to keep commitments, raising costs mid contract and more. Pushing good, loyal and long term employees out the door and because of culture, those that stayed originally are now leaving. Lack of integrity and very cut throat by Valsoft and Interdev Sr. management. Not a place you want to work. These are non negotiables.

Decent people prior to acquisition. New CEO Marina Avisar created toxic environment. Previous 1 star review is 100% accurate. New CEO is completely detached from reality. Will run the company into the ground.

CEO is biased and dismissive of employee contributions. Will work you like a dog. More for less is the accurate translation of the new company's "stay humble, stay hungry" motto. More like "we'll starve you and keep you running on a treadmill for as long as we can"
