      Helpful and caring teammates Management cares about your career interests and goals There's no shortage of PTO They encourage growth and development

      Cons

      While they encourage it, there is no structure to growth and development. Ie, we do not get days off for courses. All courses are taken on our own time.

      Pros

      I have a great time at Interfolio. For the most part it's been a friendly environment. Decent and stress free. Very Organized.

      Cons

      Salary. The pay could be better for the industry and what we do. This year we did not receive a bonus. Also since the Elsevier merge, it's been different.

      Love my coworkers & culture. Bit more corporate since the acquisition by Elsevier

      Big corporate influence has added beauracracy that makes it harder to get things across the finish line
