Pros

I had good coworkers, the productivity rate was initially reasonable.

Cons

no time for onboarding, minimal supervision for clinical fellow, productivity rate went up despite the fact that clinical fellows are in training, minimal concern for therapist safety regarding Covid, micromanagement and fundamental misunderstanding of SLP services, what they are, who needs them, rampant Medicare fraud.

Pros

They smaller then the big corporate rehab companies, they try to make things more personal. Always get paid on time. I never had trouble with pay check being wrong. The have benefits for full time.

Cons

You will never ever ever going to get a raise. The folks at the at the Corp office seem a little distracted sometimes. Not sure if this a con- Intergro has a very heavy Filipino staff. I know its the medical field... but most of the people I come across in the field are from the Philippines. If you are bothered when people have long conversation in a different language right in front of you. Then you might have some trouble working at many of the Intergro buildings.
