3yThank you for your feedback on working at ILG. We are deeply sorry to hear your experience was not as expected and we appreciate the opportunity to listen and learn where we can improve. As a company that deeply cares for its customers and its employees we know change can be very difficult for some. This is why we introduced the first cross company employee engagement survey which resulted in higher engagement results than thousands of companies in the USA. When the economic market required us to make the difficult decision to rightsize our workforce, we provided well above market severance packages and introduced an Alumni program so we can proactively invite these colleagues to apply for positions once the market turns. In the meantime, we are continuing to invest in the core of our business with new product development and operational excellence to ensure our customers and employees thrive now and in the future.
