Real estate has some shady characters - Investment Manager Intermediate Capital Employee Review

Some of the worst characters I’ve ever come across in my life. Felt like being in high school, everyone is talking behind each other’s back. Not sure why they hire INTL’s because essentially it’s a British boys club and if you’re not one of them, you will have a hard time there. Don’t get too attached to your colleagues, frequent hiring, and firing is on the menu.
