The people are great to work with

I can’t think of any cons

A week off for the entire company the last week of the year and Summer Fridays. That is all at this point. It was once a wonderful, collaborative, employee-oriented company. That is now long GONE!

Employees are just a number and they are hiring all new outside upper level management and laying off the workers and nobody knows which way is up. Very sad state of affairs at this company.
