Pros
The company as a whole seems to be a good place to work for but working for a subsidiary has a whole different set of rules and management philosophies.
Cons
Middle Management was not departmentally oriented. Very self serving and not following the Corporate line. Upper Management did nothing to assist in situations that needed addressing. The rank and file were hurt by being kept out of the loop and were informed on a need to know basis.
