Pros
Great coworkers in most areas. Lisle campus is currently a great place. Very interesting and challenging work.
Cons
HR department performance is very week. No real change in supporting employees, work life balance, etc. The message is to to do more and work more hours. Very poor middle management who are never held accountable.
