Pros
Working level folks are friendly. The facility is top notch and the gym is fantastic. Cafeteria serves good food. Number of meeting rooms to reserve.
Cons
Lack of career growth. The company has been in dire straights for years due to pursuing old technology with high warranty repercussions. No ability to move vertically or laterally. Needs more focus on r&d if it wants to be an industry leader.
