My peers at my level were pretty great for the most part. It has become a fairly young company with the transition from Fort Wayne, IN.
Cons
Executive management is all about change and motivation, but it never cascades down into anything. This company is so top heavy. BCG came in as consultants and made suggestions that we should "flatten" the company. Navistar took this to mean leave all executives in place so they could restructure, eliminate job titles, and layoff the lower ranks.
