The toxicity in the institute has been in place for some time now and despite complaints from staff, no action has been taken Incompetent management from their lack of people management to the disorganisation paints their department to be useless when there are some truly magnificent members in the department. Colleagues from outside of the department are aware of this. Human Resources with their lack of compassion and helpfulness should just be renamed Resources due to their robot like tendencies
