      Pros

      I worked at the school in DC. The school doesn't seem to care what teachers do, so it gives you a lot of freedom to make and design your own fun classes and lessons.

      Cons

      Low pay, poor curriculum, doesn't seem like they actually care about the student experience.

      Pros

      My students were wonderful and very engaged in class

      Cons

      $20/hr is way too low considering how much prep I did and the time I spent commuting. Supervisors don't check in on classes and there is no interaction between the other classes and students.

      Pros

      Variety of cultures attend here and you always have fun when students are engaged.

      Cons

      Owners care more about making money than they do about their staff's happiness. Low tech - even after Covid- they still need to work on upping their game when it comes to hybrid or online class offerings.
