      Depending on the department your working in you will have an easy load of work to do. Some of the machine do the work for you.

      Cons

      some of the machine will ware your body down. Very physical demanding, lot of repetition.

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
