      Good pay, I like working a little overtime. Good benefits, plus I like that they offer a pension and a 401k plan

      Sometimes it gets a little overwhelming. Stressful sometimes, get paid every 2 weeks

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
