Pros
Good pay per hour, But not enough for the responsabilities. A lot of mechanical, chemical, and process knowledge. $200 boot allowance.
Cons
Rotating Swing Shift United Healthcare insurance is absoloutely terrible...you better use the HSA because the insurance won't cover anything, Understaffed in Operations, A lot of overtime due to staffing conditions, which forces you to have to work pretty much every scheduled off day unless you're swinging from days to nights. Operators are tired and stressed from the amount of accountability placed directly on them. Employees are held to different standards for the APPEARANCE of "fairness" Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is of higher importance than Operational Excellence (Employee competence means nothing when people are promoted because of lawsuits)
