Pros
A fast paced and challenging role that draws on and develops a variety of service, coordination and administrative skill sets. Work with a diverse (professional and cultural) and highly passionate team of operational, medical and security experts internally and globally, in a highly customer/client focused environment with a genuine concern for positive medical/security outcomes for people. Comprehensive training and development with good opportunities to grow a career in any number of directions within the organisation and globally. A varied roster with a fair degree of flexibility for outside life and 3-4 days off at a time.
Cons
Not for the faint-hearted, a fast paced, passionate and sometimes intense environment, which is rewarding for those who who enjoy a regular challenge and need to problem solve. Procedures/ processes can at times seem 'bureaucratic', though plenty of training supports learning the processes. Night shifts can become difficult after a while, but there is a fair balance and rotation between night and day shifts (and the 3-4 day weekends are great).
