Pros

Being a first responder to emergency calls is always a "Pro" especially when you can help someone who is really in need. Good people once you realize the politics & Bagel Friday.

Cons

-Management was the worst group of catty, deceiving, gossipers. -Over worked reps with no acknowledgement to actual hard work by management. -Unprofessional conduct by middle management -False promotions -Improper quarterly review -Racist encounters -Rules decided when they should be implemented selectively depending on how management feels or if they like you personally never mind your work ethic. -Boring office, Boring decor, always freezing even in the winter.

Interesting work, good people, decent work life balance, sometimes

Cons

Changes rules and procedures more than I change pants, but consistently does not fix outdated systems and processed
