      - Very international and global environment. You work across timezones, offices and culture. Develops your cultural resilience - Good place to start your career. Flat structure so you get to work with senior staff at an early stage of the career. - No crazy overtimes.

      - Bonus structure not transparent. - Difficult to get promoted to higher positions due to the flat structure - Internal politics
