Pros
Knowing that you are part of a system that is carefully designed to assist thousands of business travelers and expats from most of the fortune 500 companies wherever they may be around the world. You support them at a time they are most in need of support whether it be a medical accident, a security issue or simply just to get around in a foreign country.
Cons
Pressured environment, as you really are dealing with life or death situations in many cases. The salaries are ok, although considering the pressure placed on mid-level management they could maybe do better.
