Pros
I worked at International SOS for three years and found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience. It was an excellent opportunity to dive into operations right out of college. The team was fantastic, and the role quickly broadened my understanding of global challenges and operational intricacies.
Cons
While the work could be stressful at times, which is to be expected in an operations center, many systems were in place to support employees through direct supervision and other resources.
