Pros
The products and services are very unique, you really feel immersed in the offerings of the company. Great company atmosphere.
Cons
The company is a like a French mafia. If you are not french you have little chance to grow. A multi-billion dollar company with 10k employees, yet you need to check every decision with the owners. No proper career path. HR at Intl.SOS are the worst, nothing to contribute. No remorse in firing employees because of bad management decision.
