Pros
-Lot's of resources at your disposal -Salary & commission structure was good. -Not heavily KPI driven. -Good values & company ethos.
Cons
-internal CRM isn't the best. -Staff turnover, but to be fair, it's bad across most recruitment companies. -Seemed to communicate company vision to smaller offices poorly.
