Pros
Casual dress code, they are very good about giving you time and support when your family is in need and they allow you to work from home when needed (at least in my department).
Cons
This company is all about who you know - how you are treated is directly related to that and not really about performance. I worked there for 8 years and got great performance reviews and despite that was laid off due to the new reorganization. They are letting a lot of performers go to retain people that have been there for years. Leadership spends a lot of time touting values that they don't practice. The work/life balance is a myth - although you are only working a 40 hour week at the office, they expect you to be plugged in all the time. I was putting 10 and 12 hours a week from home after hours.
