Strong family culture and people genuinely care about each other and enjoy working together, even in a high stress environment
Leadership is very accessible and down to earth; no “elite” feel, and leaders regularly engage with employees at all levels
Opportunities for internal growth and career progression is real for those who perform and take ownership
High level of trust and autonomy in roles, especially in leadership positions
Flexible work environment when possible; leadership understands real life needs while still supporting field teams
Cons
Company wide standards and pace of change can feel overwhelming, especially when balancing regional needs and multiple sources of information

Cons
Don't have many at this time other than sitting at a desk all day can be tough. However we have a extremely nice office space so there are tons of opportunities to switch up the scenery and its nice to be able to go on walks around the building to take a break!

Thank you for the review! Walking is a perfect way to get up and moving. We're glad you're taking time to step away for a break.
Fun coworkers. Made long lasting friends even after the internship ended. Very good experience overall and allowed for some unique experiences that you cannot get in college.
Cons
Some departments at least give you a chance at applying for a full time job, others simply use you for cheap labor with the fake promise of, "If you work hard enough, you might get a full time job" when that was obviously never their intention. Unfortunate to see some interns go through that.
