Pros
IntertechRail is not a huge corporate, so it is easier to talk with everytone, including the founders and directors. Easy to discuss customer requirements, etc. In my opinion, IntertechRail is one of the best companies I have ever worked in my career. It is also great for the your pocket!!
Cons
It is not a huge corporate, so in terms of "career progress", it is not a great deal if you are looking for to grow in huge companies such as Apple or Microsoft.
