Pros
Good client roster & because small agency, you get to experience more as a junior level employee. OK work/balance for most part.
Cons
- low pay - low morale - lack of company culture - low mobility - very political - hiring based on connection & not experience - doesn't mirror how typical agencies function (not necessarily a con, but should be stated) - lack of passionate people (there are definitely those who are, but also many that seem to be working there for the sake of having a job)
